One property, three jobs

The court came first. The walks came years later.

Some people call once. Others keep calling. This one started with a basketball court out back, and Francisco was back later for the walk along the house and the curved one out front.

The pavers were still good. They just hadn't been washed in years.

Washed back to the color it was laid in

Years of algae and ground-in dirt had taken the patio, the fire pit and the seat wall down to one flat gray. Nothing was wrong with the stone underneath it.

A day of work instead of tearing out a patio with plenty of life left in it. Pressure washing is on the side of the trailer for a reason.

Francisco and his crew

Same crew on every job, in uniform, with their own tools. Francisco comes out, walks the job with you, and gives you the price himself. Then he tells you what is going to happen and when, and you hear from him as the pour gets closer.

What comes up over and over in the reviews is not the concrete. It's that they show up when they said they would, they price it fair, and they leave your yard the way they found it. The plywood over the grass is the part people remember.
